Lorraine Schultz passed away at Willow Ridge Health Care in Amery, Wisconsin on May 19, 2012 at the age of 83 years. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday May 23 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Joseph Catholic Church in Amery. There will be a visitation for the hour prior to the service. Burial will be at the Amery Cemetery.
Lorraine Helen Schultz was born on July 18, 1928 in Hugo, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Fred and Hazel (Marcotte) Tourville. She was united in marriage to Melvin Schultz and together they had six sons. They lived in the twin cities and she worked at the Pearson Candy Factory for many years. Upon retiring they moved to Amery, Wisconsin. She and Melvin enjoyed camping and fishing together. Besides her job she was kept busy raising six sons. She enjoyed going to garage sales and shopping at flea markets. She also was a collector of angels. Lorraine had been living at Willow Ridge Healthcare in Amery at the time of her death on May 19, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Melvin and two sons: Jeffrey and Charlie. Left to mourn her death are her sons: Danny, Alan, Bradley (Penny) and Jim (Jamie); sisters: Joyce Gangl, June Wienke and Beverly True. She also leaves grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
